  • Attempting to abuse or manipulate the AI system
  • Creating multiple fake accounts to inflate leaderboard rankings
  • Using automated bots or scripts to spam quiz generation
  • Sharing account credentials with others

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Quiz questions are generated by Google Gemini AI. While our AI is highly accurate, users must verify the correctness of AI-generated questions before relying on them for exam preparation. QuizGen AI is not responsible for factual errors in AI-generated content.

Always cross-reference quiz content with authoritative sources, especially for competitive exams.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

Your Content: You retain full ownership of any quizzes, notes, or content you create on QuizGen AI.

License to QuizGen: By publishing a quiz on our platform, you grant QuizGen AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your quiz to other users. This ensures the community can benefit from your contributions.

You can delete your quizzes at any time, which will remove them from public access.

5. Telegram Bot Usage Rules

Our Telegram Bot allows 24/7 quiz generation. By using the bot, you agree to:

  • Use the bot only for legitimate educational purposes
  • Not spam the bot with excessive requests that could disrupt service for others
  • Link your Telegram account to your QuizGen profile using the /setup command
  • Accept that bot-generated quizzes follow the same AI disclaimer as web-generated quizzes

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend bot access for accounts showing abusive usage patterns.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Compromise platform security or integrity
  • Harass or abuse other users or our support team

7. Service Availability

QuizGen AI strives for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, AI engine updates, or unexpected technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We will notify users of planned maintenance via our Telegram channel.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuizGen AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Exam failures or poor performance resulting from use of our platform
  • Inaccuracies in AI-generated quiz content
  • Data loss due to technical failures (though we implement robust backups)
  • Unauthorized access to your account if you fail to secure your credentials
